flat hunting

My little one bed, first own home in London is up for SALE! I will be so sad to say goodbye to my little home that I LOVE. But its too small for the D dude and I, Plus we are not really allowed to have Dave the dog here. So, up for sale it goes, got our first offer on the go, so its kind of in progress. But not a done deal until the contracts have been signed, deal closed etc. I don't trust this to happen for a long time yet, I know these solicitors and housing associations..

Going through the first steps website now, got to find a resale flat, with a garden and not too big share. Uh. Scary this.
